Trying to make electronic payments 6 days before it's due but specific date will not show up for needed due date so have to incur service charge. Also my Dad had an issue with the ATM (for which the bank cannot service) and while they credited his account; they have now decided that he basically "lied" and charged him for not getting his money in the first place - extremely disappointed”
