We had Troy and his team (Rob and Caleb) demolish our old deck and build a new, upgraded deck for us in the same spot. The deck itself is gorgeous. The attention to detail, the quality of the materials, and the finished product have exceeded our hopes. In just a little over a week, we feel like we've significantly upgraded the value and livability of our home. Just as important, the customer service we received from Troy, Rob, and Caleb was OUTSTANDING. They were so professional, friendly, customer-oriented, and passionate about the project they were creating for us. The positive energy and enthusiasm they brought to this outdoor living space will increase our enjoyment of it throughout the years. “As a medical professional myself I cannot emphasize how wonderful this practice is! We moved from our old practice which was just awful to this one about a month ago. My little girl is 4 months old. We see Dr. Patusch and he is so wonderful. I was terrified switching practices but I was desperate to find a good physician. Dr. Patusch sat down and talked to us for 30-40 mins. He is truly so kind and answered every single on of our questions. The staff here are also so kind! Every time I go or call over the phone everyone has been thoughtful and respectful. Also, I feel safe going even during COVID times because they do so well with their precautions. They only do well visits in the morning and sick in the afternoon. A model that is highly recommended and should be followed by all facilities. They screen you over the phone and directly place you in a room. No waiting room. This office has truly been a lifesaver and I can’t express how wonderful they are. As a nurse, I trust them with my daughter’s care.”

“I absolutely love this branch. Ang is so nice. I’m so blessed to have continuously worked with her through my divorce and other life changes that came up. The staff at this location is all friendly. The ATM also accepts deposits of cash and checks. Cash is available immediately and checks become available biased on HawaiiUSA hold policy. The only feedback I have is to wish we had higher ATM withdrawal limit. It’s currently $500 would like to see it raised to $1200. Also would like to see Zele and the incorporated within in the mobile app.”
