“Excellent primary care doctor! I had my first appointment today with Dr. Kevin Hartman and he was very thorough ... he reviewed my history and I gave him details of the past surgeries and other pertinent facts. He even asked me if there was anything I wanted to ask that was not part of the new patient forms from Mercy Health. I chose Dr. Hartman as my primary care physician, since we recently moved to southern Ohio. He answered all questions and put me at ease as a new patient. His medical assistant, Allison, also did a great job with the vitals and confirming my history and prescription(s). I plan to setup an annual physical with Dr. Hartman and I highly recommend him.”

“As a medical professional myself I cannot emphasize how wonderful this practice is! We moved from our old practice which was just awful to this one about a month ago. My little girl is 4 months old. We see Dr. Patusch and he is so wonderful. I was terrified switching practices but I was desperate to find a good physician. Dr. Patusch sat down and talked to us for 30-40 mins. He is truly so kind and answered every single on of our questions. The staff here are also so kind! Every time I go or call over the phone everyone has been thoughtful and respectful. Also, I feel safe going even during COVID times because they do so well with their precautions. They only do well visits in the morning and sick in the afternoon. A model that is highly recommended and should be followed by all facilities. They screen you over the phone and directly place you in a room. No waiting room. This office has truly been a lifesaver and I can’t express how wonderful they are. As a nurse, I trust them with my daughter’s care.”

“I suffered a detached retina in January of 2018... leaving me completely blind in my right eye. I was referred to Dr. Chaudhry, who juggled his schedule and saw me same day for evaluation. After he confirmed a detached retina (horseshoe tear, including complete separation from macula), he squeezed me into surgery the next day. After the surgery and a series of post-op check-ups, he continued to give me good feedback that the remained on-track. He did a phenomenal job with the surgery, and with explaining the recovery process in great detail. This second part (his careful explanation of the path forward) was crucial for me... as the recovery after laser retinal reattachment surgery is not easy or quick. He emphasized how I could best contribute to a positive result, and he provided me a roadmap of how things would play out over the upcoming months. The recovery went precisely as Dr. Chaudhry had informed me. I feel fortunate to have been referred to him and blessed beyond belief to have recovered use of my eye. After the retinal reattachment and subsequent lens replacement surgery (“cataract surgery”), I am now testing at 20/20 on the eye chart without glasses/contacts. I consider him a miracle worker!”
