It's a roof with walls and climate control, you can clean yourself, it's actually pretty private, and the staff I have interacted with are nice, friendly, and helpful. I've had no issue or complaints. So I mean if you look for smoke your gonna find fire. “The building looks like it is an old-fashioned church, but it's a lot more fun than the churches I remember growing up. Services are contemporary, the pastor is engaging, the people are very friendly. They have free coffee. Services aren't at the crack of dawn so i can sleep in.
