They always say they will call when the car is ready and never do..I just had 4 new tires put on and they said it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours and would call. Four hours latter I called them and they said it was ready. This has happened many times in the past”

I wish I would have gotten her name, as I would like to have her recognized on here!
