(May 9, 2023, 6:45 am)We have purchased all of our appliances at Lee and Jack’s, and it has been nothing but great experiences. Each time it’s been quick and easy. We got our washer, dryer, and refrigerator about 2 years ago and they’re doing great. The appliances are good quality and the employees are friendly. Last year we got our dishwasher, and this year our microwave and stove. I would recommend anyone looking for appliances to go here!
(February 14, 2023, 2:49 pm)I echo another reviewer’s comment about buying local. Buy local whenever you’re able. I shopped the big box stores along with another local appliance store. Hands down Lee & Jack’s had the best price. Caveat-they are VERY busy. Be patient. They will get you taken care of.
(February 4, 2023, 4:49 pm)After a recommendation from Doug at A1 Appliance Repair, since some parts for our fridge are obsolete, we headed over to Lee and Jack's that same morning to look at new refrigerators. We asked for Wanda, per his recommendation. We gave her our dimensions and the type of fridge we were looking for. We looked at a few models.
This little store was buzzing with residential folks as well as contractors and Wanda provided us an amazing level of service. We found a fridge that was also a nice upgrade from our previous model and it happened to be in stock. The price was on par with big box stores AND they were able to deliver same day. We had a new fridge, stocked and up to temp by 4:30 pm.
So, on 2/2, we had our trusted friends @ A1 Appliance Repair let us know that our dying fridge would be costly to repair (Jenn Air & 15 years old). They recommended Lee and Jack's. We went about 1/2 hour after opening. We were in for less than 45 minutes, had exceptional service that exceeded our expectations and had a new fridge, temped and stocked back up by 4:30 same day. Chris and Anthony were an awesome delivery team, conscientious of their surroundings and very professional.
We will be purchasing every appliance from Lee and Jack's and will recommend them to all of our friends going forward.

(January 4, 2023, 2:49 pm)DO NOT BUY WHIRLPOOL. I purchased a refrigerator on 4/26/22 and on 12/30/22 it stopped working. I called for service and scheduled an appointment for 1/4/22. The repair man was at my house for 2.5 min and stated he had to order a part. He also stated he would call me when it was ordered and give me an updated time frame for the repair. Three hours later and no phone call. I called to confirm the parts were ordered and was informed that they were ordered and it could be 21 days before they receive the part. I have also been on the phone with whirlpool for a combined total of 2 hours and 50 minutes at this point. I have also lost hundreds of dollars in food. When I asked Whirlpool for reimbursement they told me that my warranty dose not cover lost product. The only positive in the situation is Lee and Jacks. They offered me a loaner to use until my repair was complete.

Excellent service and installation with dedicated professionals. They guys had to make a couple of modifications but never complained and were solution oriented when the problem arose. Stayed until almost 9pm to finish. Thank you
