Jennifer Retail Manager was very considerate to answering my endless questions and the granite I picked out was in great shape when it made it down for install. The two installers Rocky and Chris came down on a dreadful snow day and were very knowledgeable and professional in the install. They are a great team and if you use Concepts I would ask for them if possible. Finally the price quoted was more than competitive and hard to beat.
