“We're somewhat regulars at this Marcos location at this point. Their pizza is top notch, and the delivery is always quick. The pizza is hot enough to nuke the roof of my mouth sometimes. If you don't like hot, fresh pizza, this isn't the place for you. We used to be Grammas and LaRosa's loyalists and that all changed when we ordered our first Deluxe. My god...it's the best pizza around. Friendly staff and ordering from the app is a breeze. Definitely worth the couple extra bucks that they charge.”

“I have lived here since 2009 and I own my home. I have never had an issue. The community is clean and always looks nice. I feel safe here and would have no problem walking in the community at night. Everyone seems to watch out for each other and their safety. A good place to live. There are people who will complain about the rules but that is what keeps it nice here. Its more like a subdivision than a trailer park. Sure, the lot rent goes up every year but so does property tax if you own a house. Everyone that visits me for the first time, is surprised how nice it is here and how it does not look like a normal trailer park. That makes me proud to live here.”
