Redwood Miami Township

The manager was attentive and meet me during move in. The Townhome was clean save for some paint spilled on over the floors which the site manager was very surprised and apologized for. The neighborhood was quite and clean. Downtown Milford is only 6 minutes away making everything close at hand.

We've lived here for almost 2 years and honestly it feels like a small home, not an apartment! We love the ranch style open floor plan, and it is very quiet here. After owning a home for many years, we were nervous about going back into apartment life again after we quickly sold our home, but we have no regrets and really enjoy living here! It has been easy to get used to maintenance-free living and highly recommend it! The Redwood team here is fantastic!

Charlie with maintenance was very creative and resourceful when it came to resolving a problem in under a half hour that might have otherwise taken months & $$$ to fix. I really appreciate the outside the box thinking. This isn’t the first time he’s saved Redwood a ton of time and money on an issue around here either…if this is the 2nd time in less that 4 months in my unit alone…I’m sure he’s keeping his budget in the black elsewhere too. Way to go, Charlie!!

Love working with the manager Kim! She helped up find the perfect, new end unit we wanted. Love the location and neighborhood feel.
