What an easy, fast, and fun experience renting our vacation car. Clean, comfortable ride. FANTASTIC customer service. Dare I say it, but the entire process was actually RELAXING! Renting from Mike Albert Rentals in Milford was a great start and end to our vacation!
Rented a 15 passenger van to drive to gatlinburg . super friendly and easy to deal eith staff . never had one problem with the vehicle . would gladly rent anything from these guys in the future
My husband and I contacted several rental car companies and Mike Albert was by far the best. They were friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. Kelly and Brittney both provided excellent service. We will definitely go straight to them next time we need to rent a car!!
