Koenig Equipment

Ordered a John Deere S120 from Koenig. I chose them because they beat the big box store's prices, offered free delivery and the mower came fully assembled, set up properly and filled with gas. It did take about 2 weeks to arrive from the factory, but the transaction and delivery were smooth and easy! An excellent experience!

Jeff was easy to deal with and made everything smooth. He was transparent about the product, financing options and clear on next steps. Very pleased with the mower and service I received.

Multiple repeat customer here. Sales and Service department group is great. Honest with reasonable rates. Unfortunately there was a communication breakdown with my most recent service request. Repairs were performed in a timely manner. However they failed to contact me when my items were ready to be picked up. I ended up reaching out to ask for a status update, only to find out that my equipment had been sitting there for over a month after service work had been completed. In there defense, Garry did offer a very sincere apology. Will do business with them again.
