Good food at a great price.... especially on date night when I'm not paying. Lol. I always get the Philly and it's always good

The employees were VERY prompt, friendly, helpful and thorough with our order. The food was VERY delicious and abundantly satisfying. I DEFINITELY recommend this Penn Station location at the top. BRAVO!!! 👏🎉

Want to give a shout out to James, the Manager of Penn Station, and his team. I made a mistake and placed an online order over the weekend for pick up on the wrong day. Although he did not able the ability to fix it right away, James stayed on top of it and got it corrected. He took down my information and made the calls to corporate and the right parties and pushed to get it fixed as soon as possible and then called me back to let me know it was done.
He could have easily given me the number and told me I needed to stay on top of it to get it fixed since this way 100% my mistake but he really took the time to make sure he took care of it for me. Every time I visit this location everyone is so friendly and helpful! Please share my thanks and appreciation to James and his team!

Philly cheese steak is always good. I've noticed that you have to watch the size sub you order. A regular an a large sandwich have been the same size a few times. My wife gets the regular. I get a large an the two are equal in size.
