After being turned away by several other frame shops, I gave Bethel Frame & Wheel a try. Greg had me come out and they took a close look. Turns out the rusty parts were more for off-road protection than structural strength, but they were happy to fabricate new parts. Everybody was a pro and the work was quick and totally reasonable.
