Always a pleasure seeing Matt! Scheduling is easy, the staff is always friendly greeting you with a smile when you arrive for your appointment. Dr.Matt is the best! I’ve been to multiple chiropractors in different cities and I’ve yet to find anyone better. I saw Dr.Matt in 2012 after a car accident, and came back to him in 2021 after an injury.

He and his staff complete a full assessment at intake to understand one’s initial functioning/ limitations/etc using various assessment tools, which really sets the stage for being able to see ones progress from start to finish, and provides a trail of documentation for referrals/insurance purposes, if necessary. This is something I’ve not found another chiropractic office do, and I think it really takes the service up a few notches.

Dr.Matt is thorough and hands-on. He takes the time to discuss issues/progress from week-to-week and provide education as necessary. He really knows his stuff, and I’ve learned a lot from him. He’s always friendly and welcoming.

The staff have always been kind and helpful. Appointments are easy to make/reschedule and they typically run on time and I get in and out quickly. The couple times I’ve needed them to request or send information on my behalf they’ve always been timely about it, while also communicating with me as necessary.

The facilities and equipment are clean and modern. Highly recommend!

This is the best Chiropractic office in Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky! I highly recommend to everyone. Dr. Matt goes above and beyond for all his guests, he not only gives the best adjustments, but educates as to why things happen, why he is doing what he is doing, he has even taken the time to help me correct my forms, which truly means so much especially because I know he has a full schedule and could just bypass my questions. Not only is Dr. Matt the kindest, his staff runs like a well oiled machine; from their welcoming smiles, and pleasant interactions. Thank you all!!
