I'v been here some time and thing are only getting better, now with the new manager she is so responsive and nice to deal with! its a beautiful and quite place with caring neighbors. In between managers was not as good, but that is totally understandable. Not sure why people like to complain, anywhere you go there is room to improve.

I have been a resident at Stone Creek since 2017, first at 487D until the building was damaged by fire in an upper unit, and was forced to vacate. I was relocated to 515 later that year, remaining here since. My experience with Toby and your maintenance staff has been outstanding. They have always been rapidly responsive. Other recent issues have been addressed in a separate communication.

Affordable for the area. Landlord will work with you as long as you stay in touch. Quiet and near everything local in walking distance. Access to pool and gym the kids love it. I’ve been here going on 3 years now

We moved in January 2022 with the help of Jack, every time I’ve had a question he’s answered or gotten back to me right away and made this a very easy process. The apartments have been quiet and are in a prime location, so close to everything and you can get anything delivered. We have had zero issues.
