The Rustic Rose did a beautiful job on our wedding florals. They were able to take my inspiration and make it a gorgeous reality. They were also able to incorporate a very special and meaningful piece for the groom’s boutonnière. Easy to communicate with and work with from start to finish and so always so kind and helpful! I ordered flowers weeks in advance scheduled to be delivered Dec. 23 for a Christmas gift for my aunt & uncle. I realize around the holidays supplies is in high demand especially during a pandemic. But I ordered way in advance. And what they received was nothing at all like what I was expecting and not even close to what was pictured on the website. And I paid for the premium all that extra and it wasn’t very big like pictured. And their prices are a lot more steep anyway then most florist. And especially when I ordered local right there in Williamsburg. Needless to say I needed sympathy flowers recently and went to a different florist. Although the flowers they did send were pretty and got the job done it wasn’t what I paid for. I also never received an email confirmation of delivery. (Update on my review as of 02/03/2021) The owner personally reached out to me and wanted to make things right. Offered another floral arrangement at no charge. Explained they have since hired a new designer and lowered prices some. My uncle recently passed away and they made an arrangement at no charge to send to his funeral. I am pleased with this. That is excellent customer service. The owner themselves was my understanding personally took care of this arrangement and made it and even got a flower delivery because they didn’t have all the flowers for the specific design I liked. They even did this with barely a 48 hour notice. I just wanted to say thank you so much for caring enough to please your customers!
