“Sergey is extremely nice, patient and pleasant person to deal with. Repaired car of mine looks like new. He is also very experienced and good at dealing with the insurance company. He told the insurance company NO when they wanted to replace my car door with a used rusted door and Sergey encouraged the insurance company to do the right thing and replace the door with a new one even though my car was 14 years old. He sticks up for the customer while other collission companies want to please the insurance company for referrals.”

“I was driving into Cincinnati on the interstate on my way to Massachusetts. When I was driving I noticed a oil tanker oozing a liquid out of the top hatch.i moved to a different lane and the oil tanker moved into the shoulder.I noticed a substance all over my windshied.I turned my wipers on to remove the debris ,the wipers did not move it at all.I got off the interstate went to a gas station used there windshield wand that didnt work....And noticed this epoxy was all over the car.i googled car wash and I ended up here ...to my good fortune ..the manager looked at it said that he would do his best to get it off and that he had stuff that could help.When they finished all the epoxy was removed and the car shined. The manager got me in quickly helped...if I had to wait til the next day ...I might of needed a new windshield and a paint job......East side auto ...I THANK YOU....BRIA”
