“I have been a patient at this practice since I was in 3rd grade. I am now 48. I never thought anyone could replace Dr. Getz, but I was wrong. Dr Bohman is kind and gentle. He doesn't try to sell you a bunch of cosmetic work that you don't need. Tina is also awesome, as well as the rest of the staff. I drive all the way from Harrison, Ohio and will continue to do so as long as Dr. Bohman is there. It is hard to find a good dentist. I am very happy to have found one in him.”

“Cara the pediatrician is absolutely amazing! I'm 16 years old, and we had went to several ERs for very severe pain in my left leg. They all told me it was sprained and to check up with this office a week after they gave me crutches. As soon as Cara saw my leg she told us to go to Children's ER because she suspected a clot. When we got there they said it was just muscular pain but we insisted they checked. They found a huge clot in my leg and if I hadn't gotten it checked because of her I probably would've died. She saved my life and is always so nice to us when we go in and she actually listens to my problems. There is no other office I would rather see me.”

“The associates at Gerome & Patrice Family Dentistry are all wonderful! Angel was kind, courteous, patient, and professional to assist me in rescheduling my initial appointment day and time when a conflict emerged; that can happen when one books appointments six months in advance. Connie, the hygienist that I've visited for a number of years, was, once again, pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Gerome evaluated my dental health, too, and, as always, put me at ease during the exam by talking me through his overview, communicating we'll with Connie while putting me at ease, too. I'm always comfortable and calm having my teeth cleaned and with the entire dental exam experience, but that has not always been true. That level of comfort has developed overtime, as I know I'm receiving excellent care by people who care. The office is clean and the safety protocols put in place due to COVID-19 are excellent and as unobtrusive as possible. And with regard to insurance and fees for services, the entire staff works together to keep me informed so that I can make decisions and have no surprises at the end. “Doctor Hanks and her entire team are wonderful. I broke a front tooth off and the receptionist called me back to get me in for an urgent appointment when another client canceled. During my first appointment, the hygienist was extremely comforting and reassuring that there were options available for me even if the tooth was too damaged to be repaired. I ended up getting crowns on all four of my front teeth since all of them were in need of restoration, and the filling specialist perfectly matched my crowns to my natural teeth. She was even able to give me gorgeous, hand made temporary crowns while I waited for my permanent ones to come back from the lab. It can be very nerve wrecking to have cosmetic work done on your teeth because it may not turn out as good as you hope, and then you’re stuck with the results. If you are in a similar position as I was, I can assure you that you have absolutely nothing to worry about if you choose Dr. Hanks as your dentist. My new teeth are more beautiful that I ever could have imagined! I will be a patient of hers as long as she is practicing.”
