Absolutely excellent service, quick, professional, and repairs performed exactly as described. Will use their services again and you should too, you won't be disappointed!
I was heading down to Memphis Tennessee from Cleveland Ohio when I heard a scraping under the front of my car. I pulled off of I-71 to investigate and found that the splash shield had partially detached. After my moment of panic, thinking that I wouldn't get out of southern Ohio, let alone to Memphis before the end of the day, I called the closest repair shop available. Unfortunately they were too booked up to take me in, but they did recommend HP Automotive. I called them and was told to come in. Almost immediately after arriving they had my car up on the lift and fixed the splash shield within 15 minutes. I was amazed and so grateful for their service. Simply amazing work and amazing people. I'm happy to report that I made the rest of the trip to Memphis and back to Cleveland without a single car problem. Thank you all SO much!
This looks like a great place to get your car repaired and you can fish across the street at the Port Willam Dam.
After some issues with other shops..I dropped off my car at HP Automotive for 80-100k maintenance items to include all fluid changes/flushes and new breaks and rotors. They used high end parts and got everything done quickly and correctly. My breaks stop way quicker and my transmission shift feels way smoother than before. Will start taking mine and my wife's car here from now on.
This repair shop might be the best in Ohio. If I could give them ten stars I would.
This shop took excellent care of me and my car in an emergency. A few days ago, my car broke down on I-71, about an hour from Cincinnati. I pulled off at the next exit and made it to the closed town, Bowersville. HP Automotive was the first on the list of places I googled for "car repair." Samantha, the office manager, sent a tow truck out to get me, and Gene, head mechanic and owner, stayed until 630pm trying to figure out what was wrong with my car. Samantha and Gene located the necessary part, but it couldn't be delivered until the next day. Gene and Samantha drove me to the nearest hotel (Holiday Inn, Wilmington, OH) and made sure I got checked in and taken care of. They also picked me up the next day when the part arrived and my car was fixed. This level of customer service deserves an award and recognition.
And as a point of comparison - the closest Ford dealership offered no help at all. I understand that everyone wants to go home after a long day at work. But the Ford dealership wouldn't even help me look for a hotel.
So yourself a favor and take your business to this upstanding, honest, and thoughtful car mechanic. You will not regret it.
