Polite people, they just never have the parts I need in stock. They always have to order them. And I dont like that they aren't open on the weekends.

We bought a ferris motor from here and it is the single best mower I have ever used.

I bought my Scag Tiger Cat from AES in 2023. In August of 2025, the right drive went out at 154 hours. I called Ryan in Service, and in less than two weeks, they had my mower back to me. The mower was still in warranty, and the unit drives better now than it did when it was new. Good service, good communication- I will buy my next mower from them.

Someone had given me a Scag zero turn mower, that had a problem of stalling out after cutting grass for like 5 minutes . I checked the Scag dealers cloest to my home , their reviews were not very good . I found this dealer , American Equipment Services , and they had near 60 reviews , 4.5 star rating. I called them and a service manager , Ryan , listened to my problem and said they could fix it . He said , we will do you right . So i loaded it on my trailer and drove the hour and half to their facility . I'm so glad i did , a magnet had came off and destroyed the stator . They told me they were about 2 to 3 weeks out on repairs and they had it finshed in 2 weeks . The actual cost of the repairs was also a little less than the estimate . The Scag Wildcat zero turn , now runs like it is new . I'm so thankful for American Equipment Services , they are Trust-worthy !
