(November 13, 2019, 12:38 pm)I mostly visit the branch on Wayne rd in Wilmington. I am always greeted warmly and the staff is always super helpful. They are very friendly and insure you have a good understanding of everything before leaving( example opening your new account, online access and mobile banking application as well as mobile deposit). Also got a hand written card a few weeks after opening an account. They care about the client!
