Since I was new to this I was so thankful that Floyd’s was handling my car because they made the process so easy. They contacted my insurance multiple times a week sometimes twice a day depending on the situation and they got my car back to me before my rental ran out. They did amazing work!!! “My hair consultation went great. We talked about what extensions would best fit my thickness of hair and we swatched for the perfect match! We ordered my extensions right off of her work phone! About a week and a half later was my install day! I did end up having slippage due to how fine my natural hair is but she got me in as soon as she could and redid the beading technique no charge to me! I’ve had my extensions for about 5 days now and they feel so comfortable! No more slippage and TONS of compliments! Hair extensions are definitely an investment but it’s one that is so worth it!
