Doctor Lance is awesome, truly a great human being, very helpful, kind, respectful, and just a joy to be around. And Evon at the front desk is always smiling and always kind, loved going to this place, helped me get to a better point in my recovery, I recommend them to anyone with any type of discomfort or concerns, I will be back in the future.

The staff at NovaCare Rehabilitation in East Palestine cannot be beat. The treatment plan that they developed for me was effective and I obtained very favorable results. Professional, caring, knowledgeable and great communication skills are just a sample of the many attributes exhibited by the staff during my treatment.

I have needed Physical Therapy a couple times and Lance has always been my go to therapist. He is the right mixture of push, support and compassion. I would highly recommend him and his entire office for all in need of therapy!

I come up with my husband for his therapy. Lance is very knowledgeable and explains everything to me and how it helps him. The student, Chloe, is also very good and is learning alt from Lance. They really make you feel apart of my husband journey and makes you feel like family. It also feels good walking in because Yvonne also greets you with a smile and a hello how are you! I would recommend Novacare to anyone who asks about their services.
