“5 years ago my heath was in a bad way, literally could not sleep. I also had cold feet and hands to boot. Dr Ted put me on a plant based diet with very limited sugar. We started a kinesiology program and today I truly feel much better. Taking sugar and grains out of your daily diet isn't easy, but if you want to live a long productive life without medication that's what you have to do.
