Everyone who has Verizon needs to go to the bay village location!! It’s a FULL SERVICE store. It’s a small, no wait times and we were in and out in under an hour! Best service hands down, Josh was so nice and accommodating. Got us the phone we wanted, made the process extremely easy and answered all questions we had. I’m only going to this store from now on. Thank you!!! 10/10

I read reviews and have dealt with other local Verizon stores, this store is hands down the best! Stephanie was awesome!! She was patient & very knowledgeable in getting me the best deal, upgrading my kids phones. She even cleaned up my phone & put on a new screen protector, it looked brand new. I feel this location gets overlooked but it’s definitely worth checking out. Definitely five stars on customer service….THANK YOU, Stephanie

I just purchased a new phone. Fortunately, Stephanie helped me get it up and running. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient (explaining some aspects of the phone I didn't quite get.) I am a devoted customer of this place, in large part because of people like Stephanie.
