My name is Kim and I recently contacted the Kabb Law Firm for assistance with a case concerning myself. I am a Veteran of the US Air Force and I was absolutely lost in our governments vast system and no matter how hard I tried to get help from the Veterans Administration, I was running into walls.
I took some time researching attorneys from all over Ohio because I wanted the best and someone that was in it for the "right" reasons. I searched up lots of reviews because who knows it better than the consumer. Along with the research and lots of prayers, I kept coming back to the Kabb Law Firm.
My gut kept telling me, that this was the firm that was "out there" for the right reasons, to help US Veterans. The firm that I chose to help me. Their reviews were brilliant as well. And thank goodness God led me to them because it was definitely a blessing.
Fast forward now and my case is complete. They were phenomenal. They were so kind and patient. You could tell that it wasn't just for "a buck" but everything came from the heart. When I had appointments in the office, everyone was so very friendly. Atty Ken Kabb took his time with me every single time. He never rushed the appointments and he was so very thorough. Sometimes it took us quite a bit of time to go through my case, as not to miss anything, but he (they) never rushed anything.
And Allyson, his paralegal, was amazing as well. What I really loved is that they stayed in constant communication with me. I never had to try to find them, to find out what was going on. There were never any periods of delays. They were always there to let me know what was going on. They worked my case in a timely manner. In fact, now that I think of it, I actually believe that it went quite fast. If I could ever recommend a firm to handle one of my family members, an elderly person or a veteran, this is absolutely the one. You will feel the "IT" factor as soon as you walk in that office. I also know that if I should ever need them in the future, they will always be there for me and my family!
Their hearts are in it for the right reasons!

Kabb Law Firm has played a critically important role in the lives of our family over the past 7 years.

When my wife, Cristina, was officially diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, Rachel Kabb-Effron and her staff helped us quickly to re-document all of our vital documents: wills, powers of attorney, etc.. Rachel and the firm’s social worker, Carolyn Lechner, also assisted us in successfully processing our claim for long term care insurance, which can be (but, fortunately, was not thanks to their intervention) a traumatic experience, and procuring home health care assistance.

When Cristina moved to Arden Courts, a memory care facility in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, both Rachel and Carolyn visited her regularly, even during the Covid era, over the course of her 3 year stay. After Cristina’s passing in February 2022, Rachel and Carolyn expedited all of the paper work required for insurance claims and for processing necessary documentation to complete Probate. As of today, everything that needed to be done has been completed.

However, it is not just the firm’s professionalism and efficiency that stands out, more importantly, Rachel, Carolyn and all of the firm’s staff are warm, decentan very caring persons who understand, empathize with and cherish their clients (and their circumstances) who they treat as friends and family. I and my children, Olivia and Nicholas, feel proud to know and work with them as well as gratitude for their constant devotion to Cristina, my wife and the kids’ mother. They made a difficult part of our lives much easier to bare.

Rachel was an absolute pleasure to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and professional, yet sensitive and caring. She helped us understand our options and provided us with the direction we needed to move forward. My wife and I now feel as if we have a member of our own family looking after us - and that is a wonderful feeling!
