I had a problem with a piece of trim. The part in question was adjacent to a major repair job that Jay Honda did a couple of years ago.
I questioned why the trim pc wasn't' replaced when the major repair was done. After reviewing the original work order and inspection of the damaged trim piece & my vehicle, Michael Kopczyk confirmed the
trim piece would be replaced.. This kind of customer service is directly related to why the Gorman Family continues to consider Jay Honda our go to dealership!!!
