(December 16, 2020, 1:11 pm)We called the service department about 30 minutes ago and one of the employees showed up within 10 minutes his partner showed up 5 minutes later with all the equipment and started to clean out the drain from the outside clear out to the street we definitely want to recommend both of these employees for their kind and courteous service keep up the great work now I know why our grandfather loved this city we enjoyed listening to his stories when he served on Council in the 70s and the 80s the service department does a wonderful job for its citizens the next time you see a worker give him an atta-boy for coming out in the freezing cold.
