(December 5, 2020, 11:30 am)I called at 7:00 on a Saturday morning and they actually called right back. A technician was here in 2 hours and installed a new sump pump, and the cost was actually a lot less than I expected from the internet research I'd done. They're definitely my new plumber!
(November 26, 2020, 6:12 am)I had MAJOR plumbing issues. Joe was great. He kept me informed on what had to be done and when unexpected issues popped up he explained next steps that had to be performed. Was I happy about the price? Not really but anytime you have to put out $$$ on something you can't see it seems like you may be taken advantage of but never did I feel that way with this company.

From the office staff to Joe , Benjamin Franklin came through for my dad and his major sink issue . Would absolutely recommend them if anyone out there is in need of a reliable plumber company
(November 5, 2020, 4:05 pm)Technician Matt Deeken came quickly and helped me with a serious drain clog. He jetted the pipe to remove the clog and inspected the pipe with a camera, then reset my toilet, and cleaned up his work areas. Two side problems were also addressed, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Berea also replacing my main shut-off valve and installing a ball valve leading to an outside hose spigot. Comprehensive service done in a conscientious, professional manner. And it all cost far less than I'd feared it might. Matt Deeken and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Berea are the best!
