Brecksville Reservation

I ride my bike daily through here as well, this section is hilly so even less crowded. Not as scenic but green and lush, lower half the river is beautiful and family friendly.

Trails are well maintained, and there in very little trash, even along the creek bed.
Trails are well marked. Park staff are friendly and helpful.

Great park and handicap accessible for a good amount of it. It's not as difficult as some other trails in the area. Paved sections and a ramp to access the lookout area in the meadow. Extremely clean, including the bathrooms! The trails do eventually turn to dirt paths but this was enough trail for me to enjoy without becoming too strenuous. Also great place to bring younger children.

We have approached this park the Ohio Erie Canal and followed the Buckeye Trail. Beautiful park with plenty of quiet areas to sit and enjoy nature. Trails off the multipurpose path are well marked. Would highly recommend for family outing.
