My experience it at the Cleveland Eye clinic was very pleasant everyone pleasant and helpful and getting me signed up. Dr. G was exceptional. She gave me a thorough exam and told me what needed to be done to correct my patient. I am very thankful that she was able to see me. I will recommend this office to anyone in need of corrective eye issues.

The whole experience was exceptional. Everyone I encountered had a very positive approach and was very knowledgeable. They took time to explain what they were doing, answered my questions and made me feel comfortable. I felt completely confident in Dr. Wiley and the team. I was elated with the outcome. It was all very impressive.

Staff her I'd phenomenal, they put you at ease and make sure you understand everything that is happening. After my second eye was done had drainage issue and bad headache and naseau, the on call doctor, Dr. Killian opened the office on a Saturday just to make sure I was okay. She made sure to put us at ease and gave us detailed instructions on what to do and to not hesitate to call her back if anything changes. It's rare to find care like this, everyone we have dealt with has been phenomenal and I can't recommend this place enough.

This outfit works hard to get patients in ASAP! The staff is noticeably friendly and helpful. Dr. Chester, in particular, is the most thorough and detailed dignostician with whom I've ever dealt. (I say this as the son of an eye doctor who worked in a large eye clinic in Iowa.) Besides sharing his knowledge about your case, he solicits and answers all questions you might have. This is a great medical institution.

Thanks to Dr Chester and his entire office staff for a very thorough and pleasant experience today. I had Tear Care procedure done and Dr. Chester is so professional and knowledgeable about dry eye treatment. I would highly recommend him and this procedure if it's an option for your dry eye care
