9/4 Auto Repair Technology replaced my rear brakes and flushed my power steering. The car is braking and steering much better. They checked and answered a couple of things I had questions about.
(August 28, 2020, 7:08 pm)I went in one day for inspection, He told me price of service I was like I can't afford that right now, a patron in the lobby had stated try SNAP Finance so I did was very surprised, I received a substantial amount to get the car fixed, He did the brake work an fixed the ball bearings as well, It did take a lil longer than I expected but was worth the wait to be honest. I am the type of person that does not like taking my car into a dealer to get something done an i was searching the net an found this place was qualified to work on my vehicle a 2015 Mitshibishi Mirage, Not knowing these guys an this was my first time, I had a former repair person that use to work on our former car when i went by his place an showed him what was offered to fix my car he said was right on time in price so i came home finished filling out the app an called to tell them order them order the parts, I really tried them out today in the rain not even the first time have i had any issues since i have had them fixed. This team of professionals was Awesome at Auto Repair Techanology was great, Thanks you all
(August 10, 2020, 6:55 pm)I have to say I am extremely impressed by the service of this company from start to finish . I myself am a technician that does some serious diagnosing of high end appliances so the lingo with the tech I was able to understand.
I never used then before . Left my vehicle overnight for repair and the next morning a technician called me with a detailed diagnoses pitch on all the work hes going to do prior to find the issue I was having. I agreed to diagnosis charge and received updated on my phone when was done followed by a phone call with my quote.
Everything went smoothly. Full inspection and turn key ready for my upcoming birthday renewal emissions test. The price was a bit high for what I felt the labor entailed but that's because I had this apart myself first and being a technician it was a bit easier. However no complaints here. The repair went smoothly and the professionalism of this company amazed me on there structure from start to finish.

(July 10, 2020, 9:20 am)I called Auto Repair Technology when I needed work done on my daughters car. The original reason I chose them, was because they offered complimentary loaner cars.
The person I spoke with told me I could bring the car up and they would look at it right away. I did not expect then to actually complete the work right away. I was there for about an hour and that was it.
The cost of the repair was great and the people at this location were friendly and professional and I drove off comfident that the car was repaired correctly and was safe for my daughter to drive.
I have never received this high level of customer service at anywhere else and will definately be using them for all of our car needs.
