Sara is extremely help. We workout and she makes sure to answer all my questions and more. She makes sure you feel safe and comfortable while working out. But she pushes you to your best and challenges you to do more. All while smiling. Thanks.
Sara is the best trainer!! She adjusts her work outs for your needs! She has been so helpful in motivating me as well! I used to hate working out but she has changed that for me. She is so positive and always there to help!

I would HIGHLY recommend Sara as your personal trainer!!!! Sara has definitely helped my fitness journey tremendously! Every time I have tried to start working out, I work out for a few weeks and feel I don’t really know what I am doing, just extremely unmotivated to do it alone. I started working out with Sara as my personal trainer about 12 weeks ago and I have noticed results, not only in my body and mindset, but the way I feel about working out has changed! I have only missed one workout (due to being sick) and that is very good on my end! Normally I would just say, “oh, I had a bad day I’m just going to stay home!” But with Sara, she makes me want to come and get my work out on! She is very helpful and pushes me to MY OWN limit! I am very excited to go to each session to continue my fitness journey and see the results that have yet to come!
Sara is an awesome trainer that is always pushing us to accomplish our workout goals and keeps us on track. She constantly is teaching us new exercises and moves to keep our muscles guessing.
