I have used this family business for years and have always been satisfied. I found carpenter ants while cleaning my garage and called Ryan. He came the next morning and took care of the problem, then checked for possible entry points and showed areas to take care of to prevent further damage. Ryan then sprayed the entire perimeter of my house. While doing so he found a pavement ant nest and 2 hornet nests and took care of those as well. I will always call Ryan for pest problems.

We had a large nest of hornets in our garage. I called Chagrin Valley Pest Control as a new customer. They made an appointment for the following day, but due to an opening in their schedule they were able to make it out the same day and treat the nest after diagnosing it as giant hornets! They gave us a 90 day warranty on the removal of the nest. They also explained to our kids it’s not a good idea to play near the nest of these angry hornets for a few days. He gave them both a flashlight and a flyswatter to boot. Great service, kind people, I will call again. Thank you so much !
