Norman’s was great. We were on our way to visit family for the holidays and got a major flat on the freeway. As soon as we got into the shop, they looked at our car right away and we’re able to get us in their shop for a new tire. Really appreciate their speedy and quality service. Saved Thanksgiving for me and my family.

I was traveling through the area on the expressway when I got a flat tire. I've never been to Cleveland Ohio, I've never needed a repair on my car before and I was alone this past Saturday and scared as all get out. I was able to get a donut tire on my car but I had 8 more hours to travel and it would have been impossible for me. The car shop was closing in 1 hour and Frankie still took me in and helped me with getting a new tire. I also want to give kudos to the guy who did the replacement I didn't catch his name but he was ultra polite. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

On my way from Columbus to purchase my new car my brothers car started making a grinding noise and shaking when he hit the brakes. So while I was buying my new Infiniti they did a brake job on the car and we got a great deal plus they gave us an oil change as a courtesy since we were buying a car and getting service on another car. I highly recommend Normans for anything to do with cars. Great service and pricing. Everyone we dealt with there was so nice and respectful.

I’ve maintained my vehicle at Norman discount tires for years they do exceptional work for reasonable prices. I’ve been able to get lots of life out of my truck because of these guys. The man that runs the show AJ is a great guy and will take great care of you and your vehicle! Honest, Quality, reliable are few words to describe this place of business!
