OUR PROPERTY MANAGER, JEN, IS THE GREATEST!!!
BEFORE SHE CAME TO OUR BUILDING IT WAS "JUST" A BUILDING.
SHE HAS DONE SO MANY THINGS TO MAKE OUR EXPERIENCE AND THE CLIENTS THAT COME TO THE BUILDING VERY WELCOMED.
JEN RECOGNIZES HOLIDAYS AT OUR BUILDING, AND DECORATES ACCORDINGLY. WE ALSO HAVE "SOCIALS" FROM TIME TO TIME AND WE GET TO KNOW OTHER TENANTS.
THE BUILDING IS SPOTLESS, AND THE OVERALL BUSINESS ATMOSPHERE LENDS ITSELF TO BEING A VERY NICE PLACE TO CONDUCT OUR DAILY WORK.
THANK YOU FOR BEING OUR PRIOPERTY MANAGER!!!!
I have been a lessee at this property for more than 6 years and very happy with the central location, price and accommodations. I would especially recommend to deal with current manager Jen, who has went above and beyond on our requests.
Great office space units for all business owners.
I have been a tenant in this building for almost 3 years. The benefits for my company is the timely manner in which the management and maintenance staff display for any issues that I may have. They are both professional and quick to react. It is a pleasure to work with both Lauren and Joe.
