  I wanted to take a minute to update my review. Broestal and Wallis is still the absolute best jeweler I’ve come across. I currently live out of state and whenever I come back home to Cleveland I always bring my jewelry to be serviced by Jeff. I also recently had a daughter and Jeff custom made two pieces of jewelry with her birthstone for me and my husband. They’re stunning. I honestly don’t why anyone would go anywhere else!
  
  Broestal and Wallis is by far the best jeweler in Northeast Ohio. I have taken many precious, old, broken, and meaningful pieces to them and they have given them new life. Jeff is a true jeweler and artist who can customize anything to fit your needs. I wouldn't trust any other jeweler but him!

  The clasp on my gold hoop earring broke off. I brought it in and they fixed it. It looks good as new.

  I've had a few heirloom jewelry pieces transformed by Broestl & Wallace. Jeff also created a beautiful ring for me, which I absolutely love!

  I have been a customer for 30 years. My jewelry is stunning! I always receive compliments from strangers and friends. The quality is beyond compare and I am treated like family. Jeff Broestl is patient, kind and a quality craftsman. They helped all four of my children custom design their wedding sets. Everyone I have ever recommended shop there has chosen them as their jeweler. They are a five star plus business!

  The diamond in my engagement ring fell out, and I quickly wanted it repaired. I went to one jeweler who said I needed a new setting and quoted me $400 (or more) to repair it. I decided I wanted a second opinion so came to Broestl & Wallis, where Jeff quoted half that price. I went in on a Tuesday and he had it fixed by Thursday. I specifically want to call out that he knew I was going out of town on Friday, so he worked hard to make sure I had it done before I left town. My ring is as beautiful as ever! I also want to say the other staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
