(August 5, 2020, 9:44 am)my husband and I came here a 5 years ago to get a wedding band and we were so pleased with the service they treated us so kindly. Our anniversary arrived last month and my husband told me I could upgrade my ring to something I've always wanted. I didnt question going there. My husband sent me back and I purchased my new ring from there a couple of weeks ago. I am so in love with my purchase and the size of my ring for a great price compared to other places! I will always return and reccomend! the staff is great! I'm hoping to pick up my rings today from being resized and I cant wait to get them.

Keith was so helpful and knowledgeable, I left the same day with my ring, feeling so good about my purchase. The security guard Faith made us feel like family! Customers for life!
(January 11, 2020, 8:54 pm)Funnily enough, I found Howard’s from a quick google search for jewelry shops that did custom work and was encouraged by their high ratings and raving reviews. I have an heirloom engagement ring from my fiancé’s family that is without a wedding band, and i had a unique costume ring that I wanted to have crafted in real gold and diamonds for our upcoming nuptials. Meredith was the first to greet me when I walked in, where i showed her my engagement ring and the band that i wanted to have recreated- and within a minute, she said she had something that was very similar to what i wanted. The ring she showed me was more than just similar- it was almost EXACTLY what I wanted, and also on sale. Talk about being in the right time and place! Meredith was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and told me a lot more about my engagement ring’s gems. I am very pleased with my experience at Howard’s, and happy to have found a place that I will return to for all of my jewelry needs.
(December 12, 2019, 4:10 pm)Susan was my sales consultant. Susan helped me so much. I was looking for Christmas gifts and wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for. We talked and she helped me pick out a cross and chain for my 2 nephews. These are the perfect gifts. Besides being knowledgeable about the products at the store she is so friendly. We had a great time talking with each other. Thank you so much for your help Susan and thank you to Howard's jewelers for hiring great people like Susan.
