Great title agency. The staff is very kind and very efficient.
Easy transaction no major complaint. As feedback, I've worked with other title companies who provided a more complete service (i.e. took care of utility transfer, etc). Additionally, the web site setup is cumbersome, not easy to find documents I was looking for easily. I never received an estimate of closing costs until closing. I'm satisfied with the transaction, just thought it could have been more user friendly!
My closing process was so easy and smooth with NORTHSTAR! I was out of town and they sent to my location a Notary Public to sign my documents and the entire team helped me during every step of the process!
