Absolutely love this facility! By far the best establishment I've ever worked for! Great pay rate, Great management, Awesome teamwork small facilty so everyone is very close, reliable, and friendly! Really is like a second home! Great training! Most importantly the residents are the best! They make coming to work enjoyable and fun! I really look forward to coming to work every day!
My mom was at Rocky River for 6 months to assist with her problems. Staff did a grate job, shes now clean thanks to IOP she would of been on the streets without them. The social worker rachel is so good I dont no what we would do without her she helped find her a house and now shes doing so good. If mom or anyone has problems I will tel them to come here they do such a good job
