Due to a misunderstanding on my part I showed up too close to closing time and had a tough project with some low profile tires on 22 inch reverse mount rims. Ray figured it out and got it done and stayed an extra half hour after close in order to finish them for me. Left with mounted and balanced wheels and no scratches or anything. After being snubbed at the Lexus dealership and visited the outdated Toyota dealership down the road, we quickly found our way back in Mike’s office. We explored options and discussed ways to proceed. After a few of days, we decided on our vehicle and set an appointment with Mike. We were out in 2 hours and we were in our new vehicle that day.
