  As always, Vaughn and his team did a most amazing job. We were overwhelmed by bee activity directly beside our entry door. We tried a plethora of store bought products and home remedies to no avail. Our history with Cleveland Best Pest Control has always been successful, so we reached out, received a prompt response, and expeditious appointment.   We had this company come out to treat our exterior for the beginning of spring and summer and we were very satisfied. His treatment was pet safe and he was so nice and informative. He emailed me an invoice with a full report attached wow?!!! Last thing he always answers his phone.

  Vaughn was so quick to reply to our request for a price menu via email and answer any and all of our questions over the phone concerning service to our new home in Broadview Heights. We had multiple issues with insects because the home had been vacant for a while. The pre-inspection was thorough, technicians cleaned all corners of insect debris inside and out, and performed a full-coverage application to every crack and crevice. Extra caution was taken to respect our home, personal belongings, and ensure the comfortability of us and our dog! The follow-up report was promptly delivered again via email describing the visit, materials used and any continued recommended care and maintenance. We are so thrilled to have found truly Cleveland’s Best!
