Sherman has helped me twice in the past few months and provided excellent customer service as well as quality of work on my vehicle. I have a new "Best Friend", Sherman Thomas, at Toyota Collision Center. I received outstanding, fast and professional service on a fairly bad day of my life. I accidentally backed into the ramp on my house, breaking the driver side mirror on my beautiful Camry. Within 24 hours of the mishap, Sherman Thomas had the mirror replaced. Then offered to wash my beautiful car. Thank you so very much for employing such an outstanding manager. I truly appreciate the quick, quality service.
