I highly recommend Bill Kap Piano! We were exploring the possibility of moving a family piano from Cleveland to Indianapolis. We knew it would be expensive, and we got several estimates. Kap Piano was very competitively priced, but what set them apart from all the others was their commitment to caring for the piano from start to finish. All the others used a third party mover and could not promise a timely delivery date.

Kap's movers showed up on a Friday before Christmas and the piano was in my daughter's home on Saturday afternoon. What was already a reasonable estimate came in lower with the actual cost.

We will never be in the market for a piano mover again, so I will do all I can to recommend Bill Kap Piano for anyone who will be! I cannot say enough good things.

I dont give 5 stars normally usually 4 for amazing service because there is always room for improvement... with that being said Mike Kap earned the extra star. I had them move a piano in october and tune it before xmas. Move and tune were done in a timely manner. I noticed a key that was missing half the dampener(key was causing issues before the move and tune). Mike was able to have me stop by the store and find a new piece and show me ideas for my grandmas old upright piano. not only is he exceptional in piano sales and upkeep he showed me around the store and some of his wood work he has done with pianos. Customer service is huge to me because i worked in sales before getting into the medical field and he earned my business and referrals
