V&V Appliance Parts

Dave is the one that I have had the most experience with. He is a straight to the point gentleman but knowledgeable about pretty much any appliance. Stop on by five them a call it might seem like your stepping back in time with these guys but we'll worth it. Will continue to give my business for appliance repair parts to this company for years to come.

Purchased an oven igniter to fix our 30 y/o stove. Parts guy opened the box to show me how fragile the coil is and to be very careful. So… I get home to install and guess what happens? The coil broke! $75 down the drain and I was pounding on the wall, stomping on the floor, and swearing all around the house in disgust!! I called V&V back to let them know what happened - guys said “that’s what I tried to explain to you.” Fair enough - not their fault. Asked if they can do anything for me - can’t replace it for free, but he invited me to come back and he would lessen the blow of having to get another one. Still had to fork up another good chunk of change - was mad a hornet, but felt better that they at least tried to dampen the damage for me. Second (well, 3rd if you count the rebuy) I’ve gotten parts from here. Great service!

Knowledgeable and honest. Could've easily screwed me selling new sensors for my furnace when over the phone (and for free on a Saturday morning) informed me there was possibly a circuit breaker I overlooked. If it wasn't for that advice I'd be sitting in the cold and driving around like an idiot.

Need some washer parts anyway so they'll continue to see my business.

Excellent service. I called just to ask about the part, and later when I came in, they had it sitting right on the counter for me. He also went to the trouble of explaining how to install it. Maybe the best thing was that their price was much lower than ordering from an online site and paying postage.
