  I was having serious electrical issues that resulted in some of my electricity to go on and off in different areas of my home. Was not aware there was any problem with the electrical system since I just bought my home last year. After being told that one of the junction boxes was outdated and may result in more serious problems I had to call a qualified electrician. I called on Thursday and Ryan arrived that afternoon. Although it was difficult to hear I was going to need new electrical panel on the inside and outside of my home, since the current ones were not only outdated ( from 1952) but also dangerous since the FPE box was located incorrectly and expired. He arrived at 8:30 am this morning and was here until 9:30pm to finish the job. And during that time not only was he always courteous and polite but he also let me know what he was doing. I am simply AMAZED at his expertise, professionalism and politeness. I have a new found respect for electricians. Thank you again to Mr. Electric and especially Ryan for going above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly utilize their service in the future!!

  Excellent service, the electrician that was sent out to me was personable, friendly, and straightforward. Alerted me to a hazard and worked with me to fix it. He came out two days in a row to complete the job (one was an additional job that was added as result of the initial one), and one time after that to fix an isolated issue. Very fast and affordable service, would highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

  Timely. Pleasant. Efficient. Thorough. So many positive things to say about Adam Austin. So helpful. Super fair price. No up sale. 11/10. If I had three thumbs, I’d put them all up.

  Mr. Electric has been to my home ? twice. Each time the Technician was very good and professional and respectable. They have done a great job ?. For me both times. I will recommend ? them to others. They are a little pricey, but, they have completed the electrical work very, very good.

  My experience with this business was great! Nathan C. was very prompt, pleasant and honest. There was money hidden behind the fuse box and... I was telling him how my father used it to hide extra cash there. He left and then returned 20 minutes later to return some money he had found when he went through the trash from the old fuse box. We thanked him for his honesty. It was a great gift from my late father... and for that we are very thankful for his genuine honesty. I highly recommend you give this company your business.
  A very blessed customer.
