Ohio to Erie Trail, Lock 39 Trailhead

I've been to Raleigh Grande many times over the last few years and am even now part of their membership program.

Most of my experiences here have been great. The employees are super friendly for the most part.

I always order some of the handcut fries when eating here which are great about 80% of the time. Some days there's a notable drop in quality, but they're generally good.

I wish they provided actual salt-shakers at the front for us to use on these foods, as most of the time when I order them I have to actually ask for mini-salt packets instead. A small complaint.

Edit: They actually had a salt shaker available now last time I went, thanks.

The seats have always been clean and comfortable when I've been here. No issues with them. They're wonderful if you have arthritis like me, as you can truly stretch out and enjoy the movie.

The place turned out to be a pleasant surprise. First off, the concessions stand is pretty tiny and the fact that you can't order their full meals ahead of time is a bit strange, so the waiting around and squeezing in for food is cumbersome at best. I also wish they had more extensive cocktail and wine options compared to others in the area but it's not the end all. Their food service is phenomenal when you compare it to the likes of AMC. Their theaters are also very clean and well kept with decent screening options. What sets this place apart is their price and service. Never had a bad experience here.

Decent admission price for seniors. Good popcorn. Not sure what that yellow liquid was, and was afraid to ask. The overall menu has been scaled back. The seating couldn't be much better, although it's starting to show some wear. The selection of movies could be improved. The $3.50 convenience fee for buying tickets online sucks a ventral root. Friendly employees, though.

I really enjoy this luxury theatre. The admission price is what you pay at any other movie theatre. You can get pizza salads chicken tenders sandwiches as well as beer and wine. Someone will deliver your food to your theatre so you can relax until it's ready. The seats recline back and the feet of each chair rise up. You also have a movable tray to set your food and drink. We used to go out for dinner then a movie, now we do both at the Raleigh Grande. I absolutely recommend this theatre. The staff is very friendly.

Always love going here. They always have a great staff and lines are never long for concessions. The menu is one of the best I've seen at a movie theater. They have plenty of show times for all the latest movies.
