  Very friendly and professional. While away at school, my car was damaged during an accident that was both mine and the other driver's fault. With one call to my agent, Leusch Insurance was able to make my claim disappear with no money coming out of my pocket. It made my first accident as painless as possible.   Being new to the world of investment real estate, I needed all the help I could get. Leusch was recommended to us by an attorney who uses Leusch for his investment real estate.
  
  I felt very comfortable in dealing with both Bob and Hillary. They took the time to explain and re-explain how to protect the investment property without overspending and the difference between policies and carriers. They have access to a wider range of insurance companies than my personal home/auto insurance carrier thus providing me with more affordable protection coverage for the individual properties as I acquired them.
  
  More recently, they used their resources to obtain a single policy grouping the properties which offers annual financial savings, better insurance coverage, convenience of premium payments, and ease with property changes/acquisitions. They are also taking care of cancelling the old policies and getting the premiums refunded. So far I have been very pleased with Leusch's business dealings.
  
  From my GENERAL EXPERIENCE IN PHONE CONVERSATIONS WITH ANYONE, I ask when to expect a return call or an action item to be completed, then I follow up with that person a few days after the designated date if I have not heard back from that person. Life happens to all of us and if I need something done, it is MY RESPONSIBILITY TO FOLLOW UP.
