“The bearings on my laptop fans were totally shot, so I brought it into the shop on a Sunday (MAJOR props for being open on a Sunday - a lifesaver for me!). Nick and Ray were both extremely knowledgeable and personal and I felt comfortable leaving my laptop in their care. The fans for my laptop took a few days to come in, but I had my laptop back within the week! I was very pleased. Dan followed up within minutes and worked with my schedule to come out that same day. He is also a very friendly and personable guy. She has always been flexible with rescheduling if school events ever conflicted with lessons. “Beautiful gowns and great prices. I found my wedding dress here and the consultant, Kat, was very friendly and worked within my price range and style. The owner, Liliana, was so positive and helpful. She did a wonderful job altering my dress. The dress turned out beautiful. Unfortunately, with COVID-19, my wedding was rescheduled so they asked me to come in and pick up my dress because they didn't have room anymore. They told me I could bring it back and get it steamed right before my wedding. I was under the impression it would be at no charge since they had me come get the dress in advance of my wedding date, but they charged me to steam it. Overall, I had a great experience, minus the extra charge for steaming after I had to come pick up the dress early.”
