  I will start off by saying my food was soooooo good! I had a craving for some b&ms. I called the north Randall location 🫤EPIC fail! Why are they even still open?! The girl who answered the phone clearly did NOT want to be at work today. She asked for my order as i started to tell her she cut me off “let me put you on a brief hold” I was on hold for 11:16secs. I honestly forgot i was even on hold!!! If that is the customer service that they are providing i can ONLY Imagine the quality and taste of the food they are serving!! Smh.
  So my dear friend said it is a location on mayfield being 8 months pregnant I wanted what i wanted so i took the drive. Called my order in otw there. I get there the order was ready! Emit was the cashier he was very PLEASANT & FRIENDLY! Great customer service. He bagged my food up offered me condiments (i declined) came home and me and my unborn twins tore that food UP! (Now we sleepy) it was so worth the drive and from here on out if i have the taste or just simply want some b&m I will most certainly drive to Mayfield.
  
  Only thing I’m mad that they didn’t have was some yellow cake with chocolate icing😞. But I’m still overall happy 😊

  First time dining at 𝐁&𝐌 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬, but I see their many locations throughout the city. Today I ordered their new menu item the pulled chicken sandwich (minus the bread). I also ordered a side of macaroni and a side of bbq baked beans. Food was ready in about 25mins. I was satisfied with my meal and will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hot cooked dinner. Good eats! 👏🏾

  Not all B&Ms are equal or owned by the same people. This location has good food, but is slightly different than what I am used to. I ordered the ribs on one occasion (June 2021) and they were tender, but lacking that smoky, grilled taste that I associate with barbecue.
  
  On the second occasion (July 2021), I ordered the polish boy, lemonade, and banana pudding. The spicy polish boy was tasty, the lemonade was good, and the banana pudding was sufficient. Next time, I'll try their fried whole chicken wings.
